1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an activity with Wild Isles Sea Kayaking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in our tours.

2. Booking and Payment

​

2.1 To secure your booking, 50% of the value of the booking is due at the time of making the booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the start of the booking. If the booking is made less than 30 days before the start date then the full value of the booking is required to secure the booking.

2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice, but once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change.

3. Cancellation Policy

​

3.1 Cancellations made by participants:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

3.2 Cancellations made by Wild Isles Sea Kayaking:

• In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity. In such cases, participants will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

4. Participant Requirements

​

4.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

 

4.2 Participants must be physically fit and able to partake in the activity. If you are unsure of your physical fitness please get in touch before booking.

 

4.3 Participants must follow the instructions of the leader/coach at all times for their safety and the safety of others.

4.4 Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant information that may affect their ability to participate safely in the activity.

5. Safety

​

5.1 Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the leader/coach, including but not limited to staying within designated areas, wearing appropriate clothing and maintaining distance from other vessels.

6. Liability

​

6.1 Sea kayaking and other outdoor activities do contain a degree of risk, including serious injury and death. Wild Isles Sea Kayaking will take all reasonable precautions to reduce the risk and are only liable for loss or injury due to our negligence. We recommend you take insurance that covers you for the activity you do.

6.2 Wild Isles Sea Kayaking is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation in our activity, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

​

6.3 Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the activity, and Wild Isles Sea Kayaking accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

7. Insurance

​

7.1 Participants are advised to have their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to injury, illness, or trip cancellation.

 

By booking a sea kayaking tour with Wild Isles Sea Kayaking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
